Transaction Data: We collect details about your purchases, sales, payment methods (including mobile money services like CBE Birr, HelloCash, and bank transfers), delivery addresses, and order history. This helps us process transactions and provide customer support.

Products, Services, and Jobs: Any product photos, service descriptions, Jobs and skill offerings, pricing, reviews, ratings, or messages you post on All One Market are stored to display to other users and maintain marketplace records.

Information We Collect Automatically:

Usage Data: We track which products, services, or Jobs you view, search terms used, items added to favorites, time spent in the app, and navigation patterns. This helps us improve the user experience and show relevant local offerings.

Device Information: We collect device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, browser type, and mobile network information to ensure the app works properly on various devices commonly used in Ethiopia.

Location Data: With your permission, we collect your precise location to show nearby sellers, estimate delivery distances within your woreda or zone, and provide location-based services. You can disable location services in your device settings.

Account Deletion:

Delete your account completely through account settings or by contacting support. We'll remove your personal data within 30 days while retaining necessary transaction records as required by Ethiopian law.

Children's Privacy

All One Market is not intended for children under 13 years old. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we'll delete it immediately. Parents should supervise their children's online activities and contact us if they believe their child has shared information with us.
